Li Renn Tsai is Managing Director, Head of Asia at Tradeweb responsible for developing the firm’s business in the region. Mr Tsai joined Tradeweb in March 2017 from the Singapore Exchange (SGX), where he held the position of Senior Vice President, Head of Fixed Income Trading.
Before joining SGX in 2013, Mr Tsai was Senior Vice President of Debt Capital Markets at DBS Bank, after serving as Fixed Income Investment Director and a member of the Management Committee at DBS Asset Management since 2009. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director and Head of Structured Solutions at UBS.
Mr Tsai holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Vice President, iShares Global Markets, Asia Pacific
is a member of the iShares APAC Global Markets team in Hong Kong. He is
responsible for providing ETF execution services and product structure
expertise, helping clients to understand and take advantage of ETF liquidity.
Rory is also responsible for Fixed Income ETF strategy and distribution in APAC, managing strategic relationships with banks and broker / dealer partners.
Rory joined BlackRock in London, before relocating to Asia in 2015. Rory earned a BA with honors from the University of Leeds
Vice President, Head of iShares Investment Strategy, Asia Pacific
Thomas Taw, Vice President, is the Head of Investment Strategy for BlackRock’s APAC ETF business. He is primarily responsible for formulating and disseminating actionable market insights through the use of iShares ETFs, to iShares APAC clients across asset classes in conjunction with Blackrock's Global Investment Institute. Thomas is also part of the iShares Global Markets team that works with a variety of market participants to facilitate client execution services and solutions, as well as provide specialist knowledge to develop customised trading strategies.
Prior to joining Blackrock in 2014, Thomas was responsible for trading pan-Asian equities whilst working in equity sales, trading and execution roles at Macquarie and Nomura, covering clients across the hedge fund, asset management, and institutional client base.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business from the University of Warwick.

Jim Bunting's career spans sales, operations, and product development. Most recently, he was the driving force behind Finsemble: a new platform for building smart financial desktops. He is now leading business development efforts for ChartIQ's APAC clients.

Rowbottom is the Asia Pacific COO of the Electronic Trading Solutions team,
with a particular focus on China Bond Trading. Katie is a Multi- Asset
Electronic Trading Specialist, with expertise in listed and OTC cash and
derivative trading workflows. She has extensive experience in implementing
Dodd-Frank and Mifid2 solutions in institutions across Asia Pacific.
Katie began her career in Bloomberg's London office in 2005, and relocated to Hong Kong in 2012.
She has a MA (Hons) in Modern Languages from Balliol College, Oxford.
Head of Fixed Income Trading, Europe and Asia
Ian Shea is the Head of Fixed Income in Europe and Asia. In this role, he manages fixed income trading strategies and oversees the strategic development of Jane's client-facing businesses across the two regions.
Ian started in Jane Street’s New York office, where he worked on the equities and fixed income teams before moving to the London office in 2010. During his 9 year tenure in the UK, he started the firm’s European fixed income team and spearheaded the buildout of the ETF and fixed income businesses in London.
Ian grew up in Washington, D.C. and is fluent in Spanish. His travels and work have taken him around the globe, and he has accumulated an international cohort of friends and family. He holds a BSE with honors in Operations Research & Financial Engineering at Princeton.
